Are the speedo.etc clocks for omega b and c the same?and are they the same fitment?

Yes. No such thing as Omega "C" it`s just a facelift "B"

There is no such car as Omega C, only Omega B 1994-2004. 1999 Onwards is just a face lifted B

Should add although (sorry gets complicated)

Pre facelift (up to 1999) the clocks are same style

Facelift clocks have a grey type colour to it, where was pre-facelift was black. Temp gauge is different too 85 is mid point instead of 95.

4 pot and diesel clocks are 140mph, V6 are 160, this is the same across all years

Seen a set of white dials for sale go up to 160 mine to 140 .Would reading be accurate? Does anybody do white dial kits?

No, you need 140 dials  :y

White dials are generally an aftermarket thing. 

They come in kits like plastic overlays to fit your car and require the dashpod (speedo) out to fit them.
