I fitted a set of ebay wishbones to a customers 2.0 auto about six months ago and he drives it like he stole it so will be interested to see how long they last,I don't know which vendor he bought them from although they looked nicely made

Mine are £50 a pair jobs from vauxcentre.co.uk. Not sure what brand they were. Been fitted for 2 years and no obvious problems yet (although I haven't checked them recently the car is driving fine).

Originally a stop gap before fitting my previous wishbones which have had a set of Meyle bushes fitted (same batch as chrisgixer's). :-/

So what does 2 years equate to in miles.

In my case that would be 1800 miles and not driven hard,

Wearing out early? Meh - that's nothing. I put Lemforders on and my engine ate itself immediately afterwards!* Think I'll stick with Ebay specials :)

*possibly completely unrelated to the wishbones

I've fitted unipart ones on both my old gls and my current mv6   so far the ones on the gls have lasted 2 1/2 years and mv6 only been on about 6 months but low milage on both.

I am quite happy with Unipart ones, however, Lemforder were about the same price at Billing. (£50 each)
