Title: Central locking intermitent

Recently the central locking has been rather flukey, working one day and not the next.  What are the most likely culprits from those with experience?  ECU? Driver's door solinoid?

The whole thing failing or just the odd door sticking?

Failure of the microswitch in the CL motor is favourite. I have some spares, if required. :y

I replaced the solenoid (bought from breakers) VX very expensive problem sorted

When it's not working it's the entire car.  The alarm works just the door locks dont.  I did have on one occasion where the locks were working that the drivers door didn't unlock the first time.  Relocked and unlocked and it was ok, not sure if that'd be related...
