Title: 205/55/16 astra alloys wheels-safe? will they fit?

will these be okay to put on an omega as wheels and tyres i have now are 225/55/16 have checked fitment guide both pdc are 5x100 bore is 65.1 offset on astra wheels is 35 to 45 and offset on omega wheels are 35 to 38.

Wouldn't go smaller on tyre size than original sizes.
Omega wheels are 110mm PCD
