Somewhere on this site is a really good photo of the front brake assembly.
Anyone know where it is?

That's a bit of a question but you're welcome to look at these (http://s890.photobucket.com/albums/ac107/Chris_H3/Omega%20technical%20pictures/Brakes/) if it helps. It's a 2000 3.0 Elite

Yeah!! Sorry I can't be more specific! They're a good set of pics but they don't contain the one I was thinking of.
What I'm after is the correct routing for the wear sensor wire. I have a constant pad wear warning and the last MoT tester told me it was the way the wire is routed that is the problem.

Are you sure you have sensors at all?

The first one on my link shows the route clearly.
If you have intermittent warning the it's too late to change the route for that sensor/cable - you already have a break.

I should have looked closer!! I take your point - if I fitted it wrong in the first place it is already broken!! I'll get a new one and follow the routing in your pic.
Thanks for your patience!

You should be able to buzz the existing one with a multimeter if you have one, to check for a cable-break.
If you put a new one on, try to get someone to turn the wheel from lock-to lock while you watch with the wheel off, to ensure that the wire doesn't get tight at any point. It's possible to move the slack around so it needs to be distributed right. Make sure your hands are out of the way and that you have more than a jack holding the car up though.
