Ive got 41 showing boost preasure voltage low.

Check the boost sensor pipe isn't blocked.
Check sensor is plugged in.
Check wastegate operates freely.

Just a update.
I took the manifold/EGR valve off cleaned them out replaced all pipes and vac filter and done 30 starts codes gone.
Now 41 has cleared and 96 has popped up so going to try my spare egr valve when im off on tuesday :y

Is 96 the EGR out of range? (with 92 being the cruise one?) - sorry, working from memory.
I wouldn't be overconcerned about the 96 one, as there is no feedback circuit, so its all calculated values. If you have a spare EGR, then may as well use it, and soak the old one in paintstripper ready to swap back again

Also, check the vacuums are good :y

the bit that puzzles me is it cutting out with or without air-con on. it doesn't always happen eg. if I m slowing to a stop then stop the car lurches just like when you select drive or reverse and almost stalls if I go from drive to reverse the engine stalls and vice versa and will start instantly again. :-/ :-/
I think my g/box is on it last legs I changed oil+filter last week and the magnet was covered in crud. its was changed 8000 miles ago :-/ the oil was burnt
