Have you dislodged the MAF sensor when replacing the Air Filter?

It's only placed into a 'hole' in the main air induction pipe, just beyond the Air Filter housing.  It wont show on the Multi-Function Display, if thats what you mean?

I replaced the Air Filter on mine in a massive hurry, then got rough idle... the MAF had worked slightly loose.  I popped it back in, and all has been well since.

What did you actually do ?? As it would appear something has changed.

One possibility is you've dislodged a vacuum pipe accidentally, or induced a vac leak unknowingly. With the engine running spray around close to the engine but lightly with carb cleaner, in a methodical pattern. If the engine note suddenly picks up the carb cleaner has been sucked in and burned as fuel .. thats where your vac leak is ...

Fix the leak, wipe the engine with paper towel .. problem solved and a clean engine ..  :)
