Title: running on 5 !!!!

hi all . so get into car this morning starts her up and shes only running on 5 cilinders . the passengerside bank sparkplug at the back was full of oil so camcover gasket is shot . but its the first sparkplug on the driverside thats not firing :-/
any idear

Swop the plug, change the lead..might be in an expensive 3 pack...if they dont work wont it be the thing that creates the spark?
