I went for a long drive today in my 52 plate 2.2dti Est. All was A1 except for a small judder / hiccup/ don't know what else to call it! :-?
When I was cruising at between 40 -50mph and lifted of the accelerator the car seemed to miss slightly (if it was a petrol I'd guess Ht lead - that kind of judder)
It accelerates with no problem, is returning 40mpg and doesn't do it everytime. A mechanic I spoke to just advised ignoring it!! >:( >:(
Has anyone got any idea what it could be or where I should start looking?
Thanks

The only way to check is to tech2 it and see if any fault codes are lurking about :y

Have exactly the same on my DTi Elite. Code appears to be 0400 EGR (Doesn't record it enough times to illuminate the Management lamp) which on these engines could be either the EGR or a vacuum problem on one of the multitude of vac pipes. ::)

Thanks guys - I'll get it checked out
