Anyone seen this on the search facility.
I often search for cars about this time of night.
Go to buy, go to cars and then all the cars in uk are displayed compelte with gallery images.
Recently 6 - 8 of these on the first page show obscene pornigraphic gallery images - tehre then pulled by ebay within about 20 minutes
Go search and you will see.
HOWEVER PLEASE DONT GO INTO THE ITEM TO SEE WHAT IT IS!!!
I dont know what this is all about but its clearly a scam wanting to get people to click and view the item and in no way do i support this.
My point of posting this is
1. A heads up in case you are intreagued and ...
2. Has anyone else seen this or know about this?

....also just looked again and there are some more there - and many of the original ones are now pulled.
The cars also seem to be "advertising" very exclusive cars, ie Ferrari....
Very very dodgy goings on :-[

Very dodgy indeed. IE7 says they may be phishing websites, steer clear.

Yeah, I've seen them too! Some time ago I clicked on an ad' for a BMW 'rally' car. (While I was looking for an S2N car!!), and the link took me to what seemed to be a legitimate login page!! I figured that it wasn't expected behaviour so left it and reported it. It vanished five minuted later.
What's a 'Phishing' site?
-
They're sites that can look official but aren't, they ask for your login details & password & then they have your ID :o

I was foolish enough to give my email address to what looked like a perfectly legitimate site. Now every day my bulk folder is full of filth. I dont open any of them, I dont have to, the subject line is enough.
I'm just deleting them at the moment and hoping that they will give up.
PS. If anyone would like me to forward them.............. ;D
