does anyone know where i can get a tow bar fitted cheap as dont want to pay £300 plus :o
-
Don't go "too" cheap ... Since 1998 all towbars MUST be "type approved" .. so fitting a gash cheap thing may well 1) invalidate your insurance 2) result in an MOT fail if it doesn't use the "correct" mounting points 3) cause actual bodywork failure if fited wrongly.

Pre-owned from a breaker using the same PFL/MFL or FL model would be best IMHO

Have a look at towsure.com and fit it yourself as its dead easy... Im sure you can use a drill, spanner and and few other every day tools ;)

the breakers option is the best, not really worth putting a £150-+ tow bar on a car of that age, after all its not money you will get back when you go to sell it.
