Title: slugish in drive

hi just wanted to no if any one can give my some light on my problem with my omega when i start it some times its bringing a warning light up on the dash and makes the car stall some times and very sluggish in drive and seams to not change gear very well. but in tow gears it is perfect. and if i turn it of then start it again the light is out some times and drives perfect. any help guys  :-?

I think you're going to need a code reader on this to see where the problem lies.

You could try the pedal trick but it may not work on your car.

Only a newbie here but I have exactly the same problems on my 2.2cd auto, and everyone says this is a classic cam sensor failure.

By all means, do a code reader but just search on here for cam sensor and it'll bring up a list of very similar problems.
