Title: headgasket

can anybody help car is using water but no leaks thing it may be headgasket so had it tested came back ok but got mayo stuff in all breather pipes isthere any onther test i can do any advice would be help full

Leave car to cool for at least a couple of hours after last run.  Remove sparkplugs, ensuring that any fluid (oil/rainwater etc) around them is removed first.

Shine small bright torch down the holes, looking at piston crowns.  If all bone dry, unlikely to have a HG problem.  If there is wetness on any, sample with a bit of white tissue/rag (robustly) attached to suitable chopstick-type 'probe'.
If this yields wet stuff that looks/smells/tastes like coolant, then you very likely do have a HG problem.
