Post by: Marc Taylor on 02 November 2010, 20:34:23

Front shocks off, spring compressors on and release the top cap. That's the spring off. Reverse to re-fit. Have a look in the maintenance guide index for setting the camber HowTo but get it into somewhere like Wheels in Motion to get it set properly :y

If you mark around bottom of leg were the 2 bolts go through you wont need to reset your camber :y

Marking the position of the components before removal will only act as a rough guide when re-fitting. Any work on the suspension can result in upsetting the suspension angles, also you need to factor in the ware rate of old suspension parts, ideally the car needs proper suspension alignment after any work is carried out......
