Not so important on a V6 as it's not cam belt drive so the QH will be fine and for the price you can change it every cam belt change anyway :y

Follow the cambelt DVD, just dont change the belt.

You dont need new bolts but you will need a spot of loctite on the water pump pulley bolts.

Do be careful though as you are likely to give the cambelt a good drowning of coolant

You can change the water pump on the V6 without removing the cambelt cover, i've done it a couple of times now just don't drop the waterpump bolts ;)

The Sintra which has an Omega(ish) engine you can change the waterpump by just removing the aux belt and undoing the 3 water pump bolts (as said dont drop them) and pulling out the pump...its fiddly though...there is a little more in the way of the Omega engine but still pretty straight forward :y

Water pump bolts are behind the cam belt cover though.

The hole in the cambelt cover is just big enough to get at the bolts  ;)

no need,  it's an O ring located in a groove on the pump body, unless the bloke who fitted it used instant gasket too  ;)
