thanks appreciated, :y have another question while you're there i also want to respring it at the same time ( kill all birds in one day!) and am looking at the steinmetz springs or the eibach is there a big difference in hardness of ride as i don'T want to have a rock solid ride but a sportier feel would be nice (b4 bilsteins to match, b6 too expensive :)) your opinions would be much appreciated.

The Lemforder suspension arms come with decent bushes already fitted. They should last you a couple of years before you want to think about pressing them out and fitting polyurethane bushes :-/

thanks Andy, are poly bushes better though? and what is the general lifespan of the other bushes in the wishbone? it's done 170k and they've never been changed, anyway since today my car is in limbo a bit as i'm on the hunt for Austrian papers for it so everything is really on hold till i can sort this problem out.
