Title: 3.2 codes ??

hi all
got round to reading my codes today got
0430  :(
0650  :(
1650  :(
0450  :(
is there anything i can do to remedy these  :-/

is everything working ok, do you have emssions light on?

would just reset and see if they recur unless you have done this already. 430 I think which is the 02 sensors which happens on mine once every few months - I just reset and ignore issue - it is not an mot fail. If it recurs straight away then there is a workaround on here which involves moving the sensors

P0430 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2) - Ignore!
P0650 Malfunction Indicator (MI) Control Circuit - Does both the engine/lightning lamp and car/spanner lamp work?
P1650 Service Vehicle Soon Light Circuit - same question as 0650?
P0450 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor - Are you sure you read that correctly? Very unusual to get that code as the Migs don't have it ;D

hi all
ok all instruments lights are working and going off when they should  :) umm cant see a engine/lightning symbol  :-/ got engine light and car/spanner light
and the 0450 code should be 0460  :-[ cant count   :-X
next step please  :-/

0460 is P0460 Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High or Low Input Instrument
Fuel gauge working?

yup fuel gauge is working, well goes down quick enough when i put my foot down  8-)
car seems to be working fine, wondering if they have been stored for some time and if so how do i get them reset so i have a fresh canvas so to speak  :-?

you need someone to come on in your area who has a code reader able to reset for you - is there a freindly VX guy who would do this without charging or nominal fee?

just found out one of my mates is now the manager of a local kwik fit  ;D ;D they do code reading there  ;D cost me a couple of pints and now no codes  ;D so anybody living in the york area !!!!! can imagine a queue of omega's outside kwik fit  :y

there are many on here who have had issues with Kwik Fit so maybe best to go see him and see how it all works out - but as he is a mate you have a great chance of success. Report back when you can

i know people have had issues with kwik fit and i have in the past  >:(, basically i am not looking at it as going to kwik fit just a mate who has access to a code reader  :y  all my codes reset and i have driven the car approx 50 mile and no codes have come back  :) so im a happy bunny ;D
