Title: Registration letter/No???

Iv'e pondered on this for a while now & no one seems to know the answer :o
Does anyone know how their gona do the reg prefix on 2010?
At the moment we have 51,02,52,03,53 & so on, but come 2010 how are gona do the No's?  :-/
Am i missing sumat here & i'm just not on the same boat & 1 day it'll hit me  :D :-? :-? Or do i have a point ?

That all makes sense. Iv'e even asked car dealers when looking round for my new Mig & they didn't know either :o

They have to make it as complex as possible. About time we got rid of this stupid age related plate thing, the only other country in the world I've seen using it is Ireland. It does nothing more than pandering to snobbery -- of course the car makers love it because the snobs feel compelled to buy a new car so they have the latest plate ::)

If I ever buy a brand new car (unlikely TBH as it's a complete waste of money) it'll be getting a dateless plate before I drive it from the showroom.

 :-/I've often wondered that. Also do Ireland & smaller UK provinces buy our obsolete reg's as coverplates? Seems to be a good market with us buying theirs. :-/
