Title: wont start damp cold mornings

2.2 diesel will not start damp cold mornings,has had new powerfull battery,glow plugs, injectors,diesel pump,crankshaft sensor and wireing,was supposed to be fixed from garage started all week for them but tried this mo fired first go but just ticked over when tried to rev stalled and would not go again .needles to say end off my tether .any help pleese

You need to get the codes read just in case it's the crank sensor :y
