Will a 3.2 dis fit a 3.0 ok ?? I guess it will but want to be sure

3.2 runs 2 seperate coil packs. It does not have a DIS pack.

Assuming mean the coil pack bolted to the rear of the head on the 3.0, the 3.2 runs coil packs on top of the spark plugs and does not have HT leads.
