Title: Knocking Mig

Seems getting stuck a few times and some over enthusiastic revving when stuck in the snow has caused a certain bottom end knocking which sounds like it could get terminal.

It's an 02 reg 2.2CD with 67K miles, can anyone recommend somewhere to get a recon bottom end or whole engine supplied and fitted if more economic?? Any ideas on cost??

bottom end knocking with just 67k miles?  :o Do you have an oil pressure issue?  :-/

Not a clue, does seem strange and very annoying!
