Title: changing the head tips please

found a new head with injectors to replace mine that has a snapped glow plug,
engine is a y22 dth 2.2dti
how hard a job is this and is there anything i shouldnt do or forget to do?
any tips would be appreciated, if i cant do it any ideas what a garage would cost? not main dealer

im in southampton mate. is it a hard job to do?
