What have you been drinking Lizzie - tell me coz i want some [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif] :o ;)

Remember that these are not essential as the wheel bolts hold the discs on, these are just a retaining bolt (and hence should not be tight)
-
I would endorse that they are not essential as I've just replaced the discs on my wife's Corolla & they do not have any retainers at all.

I can't think specifically about the rear disc/drum retaining screw, but the front screw definitely isn't M10 :-? I had to 'persuade' one from the front of my Senator years ago, the Omega's is the same and is a countersunk allen key drive M6 machine screw ;)
or we're both taliking about different screws/bolts :y
-
well i quoted the part no. at the dealer over the phone, and rightly or wrongly they are on their way. ::)

I suppose using tax disc holders would cut down the unsprung weight Lizzie ;D ;D

Foe how little they cost, and the fact that I chewed two of mine up changing my discs / pads, I'd personally suggest to anyone doing a brake service to buy a pack of four as well as the discs / pads, etc.
