Tuning boxes are a complete waste of money. If it is for the 2.5TD then drop TheBoy a PM and ask about replacing the chip in the ECU, he has a supplier that can get the chips for around £70 :y

I would say these are the usual snake oil. Looking at the testimonials there is one that advises someone to take 'the unit' from a Jag 2.2 and stick it in a 2.0 as it will work fine, no changes required. This alone should tell you that they are not going to work.

Any tuning must match the engine/ECU configuration so to be able to transfer it to a different engine means it cant be doing much of anything.

On that basis I wouldn't touch one with a bargepole.
