have lowered the rear of the omega using cavalier springs but need a shock with a shorter body as the shock is bottoming out on itself, or is there another shock i can use from another motor? any help wud be very much appreciated

Can't answer your query, but keep an eye on inner edge tyre wear at the back, and also be aware the handling may be less predictable due to the excessive camber

yea i got her all lined but was told the rear was adjusted to the max when th -30 springs wer fitted so cant adjust any further

Rear camber is not independently adjustable - it has to be a compromise with rear toe, thus I suspect you won't be able to dial out all the camber, so keep an eye on the bits I susggested :y
