Title: Good battery

I'm after a good battery with a long guarantee, any goy any suggestions ::)

Vx ones, there good batteries and have a three year warranty.

I think they are either Delco or Bosch ones

How do VX batteries on Trade club compare to the equivalent Halfords battery with Halfords Trade card price wise ?

I think the Halfords ones are a little cheaper

Halfords batteries are decent bits of kit - Got one of their HB series Lead Acid batteries on my L200 weekend toy and that isn't used for weeks on end and can tage a few mins of cranking to start - Never let me down once in the last 3 years :D :D and also gets the occasional abuse of a 12,000lb winch being used when I forget to put the engine speed up on :-X

Was considerably cheaper too with my trade card :D

I'm sure it doesn't need mentioning to man of your knowledge Pete, but don't forget to check the ampage of whichever battery you go for. Some of the cheaper ones just don't have as much power as perhaps they should.
