Title: Code 57 Idle Air Control Voltage Low

Am I looking in the right place, this is the from the NS middle bit from the penlum back to front before throttle body? or am I totally looking in the wrong place. Guessing no volts going to where it should be.

ICV, passenger side about midway along the side of plenum. Silver cylindrical jobbie
