Title: front passenger side window squeaking !!

Hi People

passenger side electric window sounds like your running your fingers down a blackboard
when you open it and close it, its sooooooo annoying! >:(

any ideas to make it stop?

rest of the cars windows are fine ::)

Give the runners a squirt of wd40..might also help doing the same on the edge runners and glass edges..then clean off the overspray.

This time of year salt and road grime get into every bit of the car.

A little piece of grit stuck in the seals will do it,sometimes lowering the window all the way and getting an airline and blowing the channels will clear it

Silicone spray is a better long term fix than wd40 imho  ;)

but won't these leave grease on the glass window when you will leave it down then up agan??

PTFE powder if you can get it .. if not PTFE spray ... very lightly :)
