Hello!
Quick question to the crowd- Can anybody list the techincal differences between the left and right hand steering?
Im driving with Opel omega 2,2 manual, sedan 2001. And few spare parts need replacement- central door lock module, driver side lock mechanism, ac compressor and catalythic converter. Can these parts from Vauxhall be fitted to Opel.
I know that front light lenses, internal dashboard and power steering is different is different for Vauxhalls. Anything else?....
Cheers,
Olzz

Hi,
I dont see any obvious reason for the parts you mentioned to be different..(the only exception can be central door lock module , may be) so my answer is yes..
but if you need a complete list of technical differences , I'm not sure even the factories can print them in a minute :-/

Should be all the same. As for the C/L module, get the ID/part number off yours

cem and RobG- thanks for the fast feedback.
I know that the central lock module will be hard nut to crack. Even if the new module will be purchased from the factory, there is some matching required with engine ECU in official service. I will have to take the risk that the programming works with the Vauxhall door module and my current Opel.
Anything elso to keep in mind?
