How do you put oil into the automatic gear box?

Via level hole, see the guide. A garden sprayer is handy.  :y

Cheers. One more thing, I can't seem to find it in the guide, but what is the capacity for the automatic gearbox?

There's a special routine you need to follow, as already said find the relative guide in the "maintenance guides" section :y
