Title: headlight removal

can anyone give me a clue on how to remove both headlights.i have tried but ended up snapping the washer.tried following haynes manual but that not good either.i have an r reg elite with the xenon headlights. :-/

isnt it easier to take front bumper off (not a long job)  :y

I'm not sure if its possible to remove HID projector lights without taking off the front bumper due to the ignitor unit and washer jet pipe, its a really a tight fit.

If you busted the plastic pipe they are horribly expensive from Mr Vauxhall and really difficult to get hold of second hand.

i sorted it took a little swearing and twisting but managed to get lights out which did involve taking bumper off

It's a squeeze but they will fit without removing the bumper ;) ;)

Have to press the top of the bumper down a little though

Lazydocker I dont know how you managed that, you must have slightly smaller lights  ;D ;D ;D

Reach in through the little grill by the fog light and turn the washer (Input) nozzle round so it's touching the bottom of the light... The don't be scared of it ::) :D
