I need my 2001 3.2 Elite's ECU updated and wondered if there were any members who had a tech 2 nearby who could help out ?? if so let me know costs and i would gladly come over at sometime

Cool.. its just it had the EML light come on on friday and nipped it into Vauxhall and he come out and said dont worry its just a dodgy sensor they all do that ??? sorry not good enough for and yes the car drives perfect still but i know a warning light comes on for a reason

updates are not really going to cure your 'fault'. I'd guess the EML was due to O2 sensors ;) and the updates aren't engine ECU related but gearbox related. :y :y

Pedal Trick it to read the codes. Bet its a 0420 and 0430. Yes, they all do it ;D
Solution is to move the lamdas ;)

Sorted it was the sensor after all and i cleaned up both and hey presto no EML light anymore..... Thanks guys

I am led to believe that cleaning is not the solution,and the eml will no doubt return. :-/
