hi all
can get my hands on a 2000 3.0l mv6 auto( black) cheap ;), besides the normal mig faults is there anything else i should be looking at, i know cambelt has at least 20,000 left
by normal faults i mean things like cam gaskets, missfires, fault codes, wheel on each corner etc ;)
only asking due to not ever owning a mv6 so dont know if there is anything else that can be seriously wrong :-/

Just the usual as you have listed, as you have two V6's listed under your avatar I guess you would already have a fair idea what to look for. :y

Well every Omega i've bought has needed wishbones and the current three (Mrs has estate) have really benefitted from shocks and springs all round. Make sure the front bumper on a facelift MV6 is in good condition as they are rare to find - especially the towing eye cover.
Thing is, if you use the right places for various parts nothing is over expensive on an Omega... except the fuel to run a V6!
