Did this to a F/L ex plod last year. you will need the loomes motor and switch's from the CDX rear door and the loome and switch from the drivers door from the CDX. I had to take the door off to get to the loome on the drivers door. When it is all fitted hold the drivers door switch up for 5-10 seconds to reset it all. Well thats what i did on the facelift. Also you my need the door cards, i was doing them anyway. Hope this helps. :y :y

You only need the door looms and switches and door panels. You should find the plugs to the main loom aready in the car.
