Title: door frame rubber seals

Hi Guys
Need to remove rubber seal on passenger side to get at some rust on sill can I remove just a section or will I need to remove all.How difficult is it to put back :-/

They just push onto the lip around the door frame, and they're all one piece. Along the lines of these ...... http://www.automobiletrim.com/door-seal-rubber.html  :y
