Title: Passenger seat "stuck"

The passenger seat on my Elite will not move fully to its forward position,but moves a little in backward direction,with only a few inches travel overall.   Can these(elec)ones be adjusted at all to improve travel?   Thanks.

Nut, bolt, pound coin or something struck inside the runner?
