i found yellow sluge in my water can anyone tell me what it can be

does anyone know how to fix this problem in my area of south wales

You need to stop using the car and get someone to replace the oil cooler for you, unless your handy with the spanners then you coulddo it yourself. I believe there is a guide in the relevant section. The only "special" tool needed is a crows foot spanner - 19mm iirc. :y

what ever you do get the part your self .. i got my oil cooler off ebay new and a lot cheaper than the garage, if the garage could even get the part...sorry cant advise about a garage near you but one near me in dorset was good.

If it's a creamy texture, oil cooler as others have said. A picture would help if possible.
Oil cooler kit should come out around £150 for parts from deAler. Not too bad a job, but flushing the oil from coolant is tedious.
I reckon they fail partly due to poor coolant servicing, as the corrosion inhibitors disperse
