Title: Prefacelift/Facelift seats

Morning all,

Will facelift Elite Leather seats fit in a prefacelift Elite?

I quite like the newer leather seats and wondered if they would fit in mine. My current seats have side airbags fitted but regarding the heating side of things, Im not bothered.
I know that the facelift are variable temp rather than on/off like mine.

Yes they`ll fit but as you said, front heaters will need a bit of a play to get them working and as the F/L fronts have "active headrests" (whatever that means :-/) they will be inactive

Fab news, like I said not too fussed over the heaters... just need to find a willing volunteer to swop my leather seats for the newer ones    :y

I should be so lucky, but if someone out there wants to  ;)

hi its an easy job to do took my cloth seats out and fitted leather in less than a day ,just remember to disconnected battery and wiat 1minute before unplugging electric connectors from seats otherwise a possablety of setting air bags off

Active head restraints will work, but heaters won't without stripping the seats, or trying to find a way to fudge facelift switches in.

Leather, as always, is the worse option, hot in summer, cold in winter

Cheers for that TB, at least the safety features are good  :)

As I've said before, I'm not overly fussed over the heating side of things. I can't remember the last time I actually used them!
