Why did they not do this from the factory?
Limited edition obviously;D
I might have had an accident when I watched this one.

I PMSL when his SWMBO started off ;D
And this one ties the two themes together nicely. If you thought a bike powered Smart was silly....

Something i've often wondered. ::) I'd prefer the Golf cart - instandard form.

i can just see it now..its monday morning the spotty saxo driver pulls up at the lights next to the model A ford and smart car...next thing he knows is that hes just been blitzed at the traffic light grand prix... :D ;D

performance bikes built a 700bhp busa turbo a while back,i suppose that engine in the smart would be a real laugh ;D :o :o

Because the golf cart would probably out handle the 'Busa. :-/

As a youngster I always fancied the idea of a ‘sleeper’ I like the ford model A.
Wanted to put a v6 into an Anglia with a tatty body, but only ever put one in a Cortina Mk2 with a tidy body. Had a Bedfor cf van with a Ford v6 in it, that surprised a few. Not sure what a modern equivalent would be, any thoughts!

Modern one is a tough call. Need something that's likeable in a way but universally regarded as being cr@p.
I'd say Prius, but it falls over on the likeable bit. I would quite like to be an interloper to a prius owner's forum meet and see their faces when they find a dirty, polluting V8 in the back where the bank of AA batteries is supposed to be. ;D
One day I'll sneak a Turbo kit onto Mrs. KW's MX5 and have some fun with it.

Somehow! Mini Van with a V8 in the back, would be rear heavy and rear wheel drive so no good on the corners, but in a straight line!!!!!!!!!

You need to come across this nutter then. Why put it in the back? :o
