Title: Front passenger door loom

Can someone please how the door loom connector is undone? Does it just pull out or is it screwed and then pulled?. I don't want to snap anything :-(
 I have a problem with only the passenger door puddle light not working and also no sound to my passenger door speaker. Bulb is ok (new one) and Radio sound balance control is adjusted ok :-)
thanks in advance of some guru giving me a clue !

rotate collar 90 degrees (removing red plug if it has one), and it pulls out then
