Title: Omega 3.0 Facelift ...Spark plugs!

How often should spark plugs be renewed on 3.0 2001?   Could anyone recommend best ones to use?   Thanks.

Up to 40K & beyond. personal preference really. Use Vauxhall`s own. Cheap on TC and made by Bosch

GM state 40k for twin electrode and 80k for quad.

Personally, I'd half that.  I fit twins in mine, and change at approx 20k
