Title: secondry air injection

hi
how do i block off the  secondry air injection system on my 2.5 v6?
looking at the steel pipe that runs across the cam cover do i just block the rubber pipes both sides?
or is there a how 2?

easier option is to just unplug it? or pull the fuse....

i think with some previous help that the valve is stuck open thats why i want to block it off
