is there a separate fuse for the MIL circuit?

Wouldn't think so why?

If the light is always on or flashing you have a fault, if it never comes on even on start up then its likely tinker someone has pulled the bulb >:(

It was a code that indicated the MIL circuit had a malfunction that made me wonder

what was it?
MIL codes dont self delete iirc, so a blown / removed bulb will remain a fault until manually deleted :y

It was Clives Omega Estate, runs like a bag of spanners, seems like an electrical fault somewhere as it also had ignition coil 1 and 2 faults, everything was sounding like a short/open circuit somewhere.
He said after the garage replaced the MAF it ran fine for a couple of weeks, still could be a wiring fault that they disturbed though... just dont know where...
