For a start, going to the "marbel-counter" is not an option for a reason. :y
Does anyone have the dimensions for oil cooler O-rings and coolant bridge seals? I know the dowtys for cooler are 16,2x19,9 mm and the banjo bolts should be 16x1,5x28 with two 7,5mm holes but what size are the O-rings? And the coolant bridge seals?
Also, the grey goo: is there a Loctite product that is the same or can be used?

I first used the original seals sourced from Vauxhall dealer on the coolant bridge and oil cooler. But for some reason I had a leak on the oil cooler banjo bolts. So I used dowty type seals on both coolant bridhe and oil cooler.
I have the O rings at home and can measure them this evening. ButI am sure someone will no the measurements before this evening.

That would be very helpful from you, thanks. I have usit -seals available (brand for dowty-type washers) as well as o-rings, hence the question.
Anyone for the grey sealant? What "commercial" product is the same?

Can Andy parts man post them to you?

Just got in from work. bit awkward to measure but 25mm to 26mm outside diameter. 2mm thickness and 22mm internal diameter.
I have the standard O rng kit from RS Components and there is not an equivilant in the kit. But I am sure they would be available.
