on the topic of ABS is it true that a faulty abs pump wont show up on fault codes??

i replaced my ABS bulb as the cowboy previous owner took it out to hide the fact that the ABS aint working, and the light stays on. when braking hard the car locks up, what should i look at next apart from another car lol.

If your speedo and power steering are working normally it may not be the ecu, could just be a duff wheel speed sensor. You need to get it plugged in to be certain

Thanking you kindly :)

I'll be asking a lot of non-sensical questions in the coming weeks, expect it!
