Title: egr valve?

please what noise dose egr valve make when it start to stick
I have what I thought was a exhast manifold leak, but no leaks when up on ram,sounds like a penny in a can but not
allways  :-/

i don't think the egr valve makes any noise when it sticks but i maybe wrong as for penny in a can this could be the baffles in the silencer breaking away and rattling

Bit late with the reply but if it sticks it will cause the ECU warning light to come on randomly.

Mine has a slight gas leak that sounds like a quiet AK45  :)
