Finally got round to replacing the passenger door airbag sensor yesterday.......... ::)
Disconnected the battery, took the door lining + paraphenalia off, unstuck the membrane (I've found out it's proper name!) from the bottom of the door. Swapped sensor and everything back in true Haynes style.
Start engine and airbag light stays on. What am I missing? Does it now need to be cleared by Tech 2?
TB, thanks for the Heads up about the wiring. Was a little unsure how to check though as the wires are all neatly carried in ribbed plastic tubing behind the strip which is riveted on to the door skin.
Also wasn't really able to see much inside the circular door plug once I'd got it off.
Any ideas any one? :-/

I think the light will have to be cleared mate. As for testing the wiring can you not continuity test it mate you know test on ohms/diode bleep. One leed of meter on one end and the other leed on the other end.
Hope this helps. :y

That code needs clearing... ...fairly certain Lazytinker has the facilities to do this...
