Considering buying 2002 3.2 Elite,but EML on continuously! Does that signify faulty EMU,or could it be a sensor failure? Help!

Likely to be the pre cat sensors, fairly common cause of EML on 3.2's. Nothing to worry about.
But you need to check to make sure, do the pedal test to identify what fault codes are present.

be careful of which light you're looking at. The emissions light has a spanner, the EML doesn't ;)

There's only one engine looking light on mine ;) ;)
