So if i bought a blank key from ebay it would need a transponder, and would need to be reprogrammed??

Needs to be programmed. This comes with chip/transponder

Does the transponder need reprogrammed

				Yep. TechII

				We can sort that......   :y

Keys are not too dear from a stealer if you specify that you just want the horseshoe bit and don't want it paired. My dealer cut one while I waited but they will also order a pre-cut one given a car pass.
Then get Hotel21 to do the Tech 2 side. :y

At the moment I only have 1 key for the car but would like a spare.

Was that just programming the transponder part or the complete remote, and was £25 just for cutting or did they supply??

I am fairly sure I have a new uncut horseshoe here. Prob also got a transponder chip but no harm in getting one from a scrapper just in case. Also got an old blipper, I think, so should be able to sort you out. Would need your car though. Won't work by proxy with a 'company' car....  Lol!  ;D
