Title: a fresh oil change, 100 miles thrashing.. and...

TAP TAP TAP TAP TAP TAP  >:(

I've a feeling I am going to be stripping the lifters out of this thing on Monday. It appears to be one lifter on the passenger side, in the centre. It did have a VERY intermittent tap following the rebuild which I thought would settle, but now I rekon the spring's failed in it.

If all else fails, before stripping it might be worth trying the 'Wynns Hydraulic Valve Lifter Treatment' thingy?
